Character sheet
The set of reference images that locks a character: face front and side, full body, gestures, costume.
Why it matters in production
We do not “cast” an actor, we build one. The character sheet is made once, under flat light, then serves as the reference for every generation that follows. It applies to a recurring prop or set as well. Without it, every shot reinvents the character.
