What this site collects, why, for how long, and your rights. No cookies, no trackers.
In two sentences
This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. The only personal data processed is what you send us through the contact form, and the server’s technical logs.
The contact form
Data collected: name, email address, company (optional), project type, desired deadline, message, and the page language.
Purpose: to answer your request for a quote or information.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, ticked before sending.
Recipients: the person in charge of M&A Digital Agency. The email is routed by our automation tool, hosted on our own server, then by a transactional email provider established in the European Union, acting as a processor.
Retention: three years after the last exchange, then deletion.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to contact@madigitalagency.net. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Server logs
For every page requested, the server records the IP address, the date, the page and the browser. These logs are used for security and for cookie-free audience measurement, done on our own machines. They are kept for six months at most, then automatically deleted.
What is not done
No font, video or script is loaded from a third party. No social network is embedded in the pages: links to Instagram or TikTok are plain links. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
